For those who are not aware, sucrose is the scientific name for what we know as sugar. Sucrose is different from the type of sugar that can be seen in fruits called fructose. Sucrose is the type of sugar that we use whenever we cook or whenever we need to make our food items sweeter.

It will require glucose and fructose in order to create sucrose. The solution is normally in liquid form because it is dissolved in water. Sucrose is very important for plants because, without it, the plants will be unable to perform photosynthesis. This is very helpful in creating plant form.
