Wear gloves

If a blood spill occurs, an esthetician must first wear latex gloves and treat the injured party by applying an antiseptic and bandaging the wound. Then, any soiled items must be double bagged and thrown away, and the soiled area must be disinfected with EPA-approved disinfectant.
