Critical analysis-those who complete the reading program are capable of reading at a college level. students who start the reading program in early elementary school or younger are capable of completing the entire reading program in middle school or younger, giving them a strong leg up on all their classmates. these students have a wide vocabulary and tremendous poise and self assurance when interacting with others. additionally, it is in program completers that the full spectrum of kumon character traits-self confidence, self esteem, perseverance, and more-come to fruition. our goal for every student who enrolls is that they set their sights on completing the program-much as taekwondo students set their sights on achieving a black belt.
