How should you print a selected area of a worksheet, if you'll want to print a different area next time?

A. On the File menu, point to Print Area, and then click Set Print Area.
B. On the File menu, click Print, and then click Selection under Print what.
C. On the View menu, click Custom Views, then click Add.
If you do not wish to print an entire worksheet, but only a portion, you highlight your selection, then select on the printer options "selection" rather than "print all".
After printing has finished, you can select a different area and repeat the process. Different printers and different computers may vary how they present these options to you but it is basically the same process whether you use a Mac or PC.
