If there are some changes that need to be done, these changes will be implemented immediately. If there are some more things that need to be purchased in order to complete a goal, this will be done as well. The product owner wishes that the team will be able to reach its goal with the timetable.

The product owner of Scrum usually is the stakeholder of a project. Aside from that, they should have a clear vision of what their team would like to obtain and must effectively relay the plans to the group. The Scrum product owner is most of the time from product management or marketing as they have a strong understanding of the marketplace, competition, trends in the future, and especially the userbase.

They might have different types of services or products that will be catered to the people but the main role of a product owner is he or she must envision his that their team is building successfully. And of course, the Scrum product owner must motivate the team to reach their goal.
