Sometimes a sales team needed to see the account credit status of the (financial) company they are working on. The reasons of they want to keep track on someone’s spending habit or can help them to offer new services or products that those people would want. This is a great opportunity for the sales team to know the credit status of someone.
If they would want to view it and and display the credit status, they should go use the cross object formula field. Once they have created a formula field that has a reference on the account field, even they do not have an access to the account records, they can view it easily via cross object formula field.
