What would you say to a stranger who asks you to go to a party with him/her?

This is the answer that people are taught to answer whenever they encounter strangers but there is a very big possibility that there are some people who will answer no when they are asked because of various reasons.

For example, there are some who may be fascinated with the stranger because of how the stranger looks like. It is not very wise to trust a stranger especially since you do not know anything about the person. Trusting someone that you have known for a long time is risky and it will be even riskier to trust a stranger that you know nothing about.
