There are many different forms of collaboration. You can collaborate with a coworker, with a team, or your team could collaborate with another team, as examples.
As a freelancer, I collaborate with my clients to make sure that the best product is made from what I can do. We’ve all collaborated in school on the dreaded group projects where there was always one student in the class that never pulled their weight.
There are so many different forms of collaboration that answer B is simply wrong on so many levels that it’s hard to completely explain why it’s wrong.
