The term scrum refers to the management in a company so that these people work together as a team. They are also held accountable.

Accountability and teamwork seem to play an important part in Scrum. Within the framework of Scrum there are three roles and they include the team, master, and product owner. Everyone on the Scrum Team follows and tries to accomplish an established goal. They all work towards that goal. Second, they follow the same rules and regulations set.

Also, they are respectful to each other. Sometimes, there is too much work to get done and it has exceeded the capacity set by the Development Team. In this case, the Scrum team should work with the product owner to adjust the work planned and start the sprint, but monitor the burndown rate.

Start the Sprint, but monitor the burndown rate and keep the Product Owner advised of the Development Team’s progress.
