Accountants and bookkeepers use Excel spreadsheets often due to their line of work. When typing in information into the cells of the Excel spreadsheet, they usually type it in fast because they have so much information to type in. Therefore, it is good to know that the best way to get to the next cell in a column is to press the enter button.
When doing this the highlighted cell automatically skips to the cell right beneath it. If you want to go to the cell to the right or left of it, you will have to use the mouse and click in that space. This makes it easy to use Excel and allow those people who type in a lot of information into the cell to only have to press one button to skep to the next cell.
