The correct answer to this question is 4. Those siblings are Morgana and Kayle, Garen and Lux, Nasus and Renekton, Katarina and Cassiopeia. These siblings are apart of the online game League Of Legends. The game was released in 2009 by Riot Games.

Five designers, Rob Garrett, Tom Cadwell, Christina Norman, Steve Feak and Colt Hallam designed the game. The game can be played on both Windows and Mac operating systems. The game itself is free, but it is funded through transactions done during the game, such as skins or icons. All in-game purchases help the play of the game and the stats of the player.

I should be 5, as Draven and Darius are also brothers. Read Draven's description and see for yourself.
