Though the idea of saving a file is a simple concept and a vital one, the question is ambiguous and the answers lack a lot of steps.
Possibly a way to get more correct answers would be to word the question as:
"If the save file prompt window is open, what steps remain to complete the save."
Or start the question from before the save dialog prompt is open, as it evidently already is given the scenario surrounding the question.
In which case anawer might be:
Go to "File", click on "Save as", browse to where you want to save the file, then type in a name for thefile.
This is just a poorly thought out and wrote question.
