Flexion: extension ratio of 1.05. There are many types of anatomical terms concerning motion. Some of these include movements that occur in the joints and organs. Movement is described as motion, including the movement of organs, joints, limbs, and specific parts of the body.

In general, motion is defined according to the anatomical plane it occurs in. Flexion and extension are examples of angular movements, in which two axes of a joint are brought closer together or moved further apart. It is essential to appraise all sides of the torso to assess balance, core strength, and stability.

Inadequate endurance capacity of the torso muscles or an imbalance between these three muscle groups can exacerbate low back pain and core instability. Typically, a healthy flexion-extension ratio should be less than 1.0.

The correct answer to this question is Flexion: extension ratio of 1.05. There are many types of anatomical terms of the motion. Some of these include movements that occur in the joints and the organs.

Flexion and extension are two of the main types of anatomical terms of the motion. When flexion occurs, it is the angle being shrunk. An example of flexion is when an elbow is bent because the angle decreases.

The extension is the opposite of this because it is the increase of an angle. Knowing this information helps us find the correct answer because the endurance test would show that there is an imbalance in the muscle.

There are certain anatomical terms of motion. These include those movements in the body that move the joints, limbs and organs. One type of movement is known as flexion and extension. These are the two movements that show movements regarding angles. The flexion movement is the shrinkage of the angle. For example, bending an elbow causes the angle to decrease. The extension is when the angle is increased.

So, these two movements are opposites. Therefore, an extension movement would be extending the arm out after the elbow has been bent. The ratio from McGill’s torso muscular endurance test battery would be indicative of a muscle imbalance that can lead to back pain would be a flexion extension ratio of 1.05.
