How can workers best contribute to a positive safety culture in the workplace?

It is important for all employees to feel safe at work. Therefore, it is up to the employees and the leaders of the company to provide this safety. One way to do this is to put things back where you got them. If you leave them out, someone could trip over them. Another thing that employees can do is to be trained in safety.

Even though it is the leaders’ responsibility to provide that training, it is the employees’ responsibility to listen and act out the training. Another way that employees can be safe is to report any unsafe conditions as soon as possible. If someone waits to report the unsafe issue, then someone could get hurt in the meantime.
