The jet plane has a control panel. It’s important that the pilot knows what each key on this control panel is for. ECAM stands for Electronic Centralized Aircraft Monitoring. The EMER CANC Key is red. When it is pushed there will be a warning. In this case the present aural warning is cancelled. Then the master warn lights will be extinguished. The present Cautions are cancelled.
This is for the remainder of the flight. If EMER CANC button on the ECAM control panel is pressed, the EWD Amber Warnings are transferred to the STS S.D. There are no red warnings transferred. The Aural Warnings are not inhibited either. Remember that this is the 737 jet plane, not for vehicles on the ground.
