The network that is shown in the graphic basically describes the two statements which are as follows:
1. There are two broadcast domains in the network i.e. e0 and e1.
2. There are seven collision domains in the network (One collision domain in the leftand 6 collisions domain in the right of the router).
The figure shows that there are two broadcast domains in the network and that there are seven collision domains in the network as well. In order to break up domains, you need a router, as it alone can do it. Both the router and the switch can easily break up the collision. There are 6 collision domains on the right of the router and 1 collision domain on the left of the router. These imply different aspects of the network.
The diagram portrays it with different number of arrows in each section. Each is linked by the red lines which transmits the info from the sales to the production and vice versa.

Only router can break up broadcast domains so in the exhibit there are 2 broadcast domains: from e0 interface to the left is a broadcast domain and from e1 interface to the right is another broadcast domain -> A is correct.
Both router and switch can break up collision domains so there is only 1 collision domain on the left of the router (because hub doesnt break up collision domain) and there are 6 collision domains on the right of the router (1 collision domain from e1 interface to the switch + 5 collision domains for 5 PCs in Production) -> F is correct.
