The answer to this is letter B. At first glance, it seems that all of the listed things are the roles of the design manager but this is not the case at all. The design manager is simply in charge of managing the team responsible for creating the designs and graphics of the team.
The design manager is in charge of the core documentation of service to make sure that all of the right things are done. Without control of this, it will be harder to manage the services and the processes that fall under the responsibility of the design manager. The designs should be measured because if they are not effective, they need to be replaced soon.
