When a client has multiple pressure ulcers, the nurse should recommend him/her to include ground beef in the diet. A pressure ulcer is also known as a decubitus ulcer. These ulcers often occur on the skin that is above the bony part of the body. Hence, they often occur on the knees, elbows, hips, and similar areas on the body.
This condition is very commonly found among people who are elderly, children, and pregnant women. The pressure is the main cause of the ulcer. This could happen when you lie down on a certain part of your body for a long time.
