Even though typing on a document especially on Microsoft word can be very helpful when you need to type correspondence. However, sometimes it may difficult to read the type and print on a Microsoft Word document even though it is at the regular size. Instead of panicking, you can enlarge the type print so that you can see it better. To do that, there are several things that you can do.

One way is to use the magnification function by using the view tab. This will allow you to increase or enlarge the type and magnify it. Another way where you don’t have to click many places on the screen is to hold down the control button and hit the plus sign.
