Our body consists of a complex interaction of enzymes and chemicals that work together to create a balance. We call this balance the metabolism of our body. It determines the basic expenditure of energy by our body. These enzymes have certain co-actors which are called the coenzymes. Now when an inducer acts on the body it stimulates the isozymes to increase in number.

Tis will ultimately result in a higher metabolism. It is also the basic mechanism of action of many popular teas, such as green tea. The chemicals in the tea act as inducers which activate the body’s isoenzymes and cause the body to burn mire energy, hence decreasing weight.
