There are eight parts of speech in the English language: noun, pronoun, verb, adverb, conjunction, preposition, adjective, and interjection. A noun is the name of a person, place, or thing. A pronoun renames a noun. A verb is the action word. An adverb is a word that usually answers how much and can end in “ly” and modifies adjectives or other adverbs. A conjunction joins two phrases or clauses. Some common ones are or, nor and yet.
A preposition might be the words on, over, below in, out, and such. An adjective describes a noun or pronoun. An interjection is a word rather separate from the sentence and it shows excitement sometimes. Examples are “hey,” “great!” and many others. The word NATIONALLY would be an adverb because it modifies (belongs with) televised which is an adjective.
