If you would be using the numbers 0, 3, 5, and 6, you might think that you can just remove 0 and form 356, but this is not possible because you need to make use of all the numbers. Look at the available numbers and search for the smallest one, which is 3 because that is the number that you will be putting in the thousands position.

You can then place 0 in the hundreds position. Then, place 5 and 6 in the tens and one position, respectively. Option C cannot be the answer to the question because it has made the numbers higher, which are not your intention.

A whole number would be any set of numbers that are not negative and is not a fraction. Zero is in the whole number list; however, it does not take the #1 place in a number because it has no value when it is in that position.

Since a whole number would not begin with zero, the smallest number using the numerals 0,3,5,6 would be 3056, and the largest number would be 6530. Initially, zero was not considered a number because it was the absence of a number. You will mostly see zero at the beginning of a number if it is a percentage like 0.5 or 50%.

The smallest number that you will get when you form the numbers 0, 3, 5, and 6 is 3056. There are some people who may think that you can place 0 in front so that you will have a smaller number, but you want to make sure that 0 is still going to be valid, which means that you need to put it in another position.

In this case, we have placed it in the hundreds position so that you can minimize the number that you will get. If in case you would like to get the largest number it would be 6035. This will provide you with the highest possible number with the available given numbers.

The smallest 4-digit number formed by using the digits is 0,3,5,6 is 3056.
We can as well write it from its ascending order which will be 0356 but we are ask to round up to 4 digit not three and any number starting from 0 is called without the 0.

Therefore, instead of begining with 0 we start with the next smallest number which is 3056.
Option B is wrong because it’s not starting from the smallest but the largest.
Option C, 6035 is also wrong because its starting from its highest.
