Life is all about having good and bad times.Don't worry if you have a bad day. Just stay calm and be focused. You cannot learn and get ahead if you don't encounter some bad days in your life. Those bad days are teachers of your life which teach you about the reality of life. So, having some bad days in your life is not bad indeed. Those days are the reflection of your own, i.e. your reaction, attitude, perseverance and all that.

Just smile and accept the bad times as a good teacher of your life and get ahead. Of all, just believe in yourself.

I would have to say letter A. Whenever I am having a bad day, I usually feel bad about everything that is happening to me. It is hard to change my mindset but I usually force myself to do it. I also try to do something that will make me feel better because that may be enough to make me think differently about the things that I am going through.

If I would just bang my head, it might not give me what I need in order to feel calm about my current situation. It will not be advisable to go inside a vacuum cleaner because there is no point in doing this. Making your problem worse will only make the situation that you are in bigger and harder to recover from.

A has to be the answer to this question. You do not have to change what you are thinking about because this would mean that you are trying to move away from your problem and this is not your intention. Changing your thought process means that you would like to change your mindset regarding what you are experiencing. If you are looking at the situation negatively, you can find some things that are laughable about your situation.

You can also focus on the good things no matter how small they may be. If you would do the other options, then you will not help yourself. Banging your head can be bad for you and your health. Climbing in a vacuum cleaner will not be a nice option to do too. Making the problem worse will only make you feel worse.
