It is a Single Sideband transmitter, emission could be SSBFC (full carrier) or SSBSC (suppressed carrier). For SSBFC, output signal will contain3.85MHz and 3.8485MHz or 3.85MHz and 3.8515MHz - not among the choices. For SSSBSC, output signal will be at 3.8485MHz or 3.8515MHz. So, the answer is A.
