There are three correct answers to this question, which are A. When did we send the goods, B, What was the total of the payment?, and D Was the invoice sent? If so, when?. A fulfillment process is a process of fulfilling an order. This starts when the order is placed up until the moment the order has shipped.

It is essential to answer A because if an order hasn't shipped, it hasn't been fulfilled. If unable to answer A, one must know the reason why. It is essential to answer B to ensure the customer has been charged the correct amount. Lastly, D is necessary so that the customer is informed of how much they were charged and/or owe.
