There usual computer would follow this type of boot sequence. First of all, the power should be good. Then, the CPU will start up. After that, the POST, the bootloader will appear, then finally the operating system will also boot up. Once all of these things are booted up, the computer can be used.

Take note that some computers will take longer depending on the number of files that are saved on the computer. Newer computers will also boot up faster. There are different factors that may affect that. Get to know these factors to be sure with how fast your computer should boot up.
