H is the answer to this question. It is possible that the saccular aneurysm of the person has ruptured and would need to be treated soon. A saccular aneurysm is also called berry aneurysm mainly because this is shaped like a berry. It comes with a neck that will connect it to a larger aneurysm that can be found on the artery wall.

This type of aneurysm only balloons on one side. This distinguishes it from the other types of aneurysms. This is not very dangerous, especially when it is small because it has a lower chance of rupturing. The moment that it ruptures, that is the time when this type of aneurysm may become dangerous.

The condition that the person has is probably hypertension. Most people do not usually feel a headache unless their blood pressure goes beyond 180. It is important that the person will be brought to the emergency room because there is a higher chance that high blood pressure can form into a stroke.

The answer to this is H, also known as a saccular aneurysm. The fact that this has already occurred means that it has already ruptured. There are different types of aneurysms that are available right now while this is not considered to be the most dangerous; the fact that it has ruptured means that it still needs to be checked and get treated at the soonest possible time.
