The correct answers to this question are 2, 4, and 5. An IBA is a travel card issued to an individual US Service member or Departement of Defense employee. The authorized cardholder uses the travel card for work-related expenses only, and it is the responsibility of the cardholder (not the government) to arrange payment from the government to the credit card company.

APC stands for Agency Program Coordinator and the GTCC stands for the Government Travel Charge Card program, and both of these entities assist IBA cardholders. An individual must apply for an IBA; it does not automatically come with the job.

it is the cardholders responsibility to notify the apc and the gtcc vendor of changes in contact information
in order to obtain a travel card, an applicant needs to first apply for an iba
