In order to pass your state's drivers exam, it is important to use common for many questions if you cannot memorize each law or piece of advice. Safety is important near construction areas because there may be people and construction equipment near the roadway, creating additional hazards for the drivers.

In general, construction areas have slower speed limits, so speeding up does not make sense for drivers. Additionally, honking your horn is legal to signal other drivers for safety reasons, but horns are not necessary to signal to construction workers that you are in the area.
