The study of stars is called Astronomy. Astronomy is the study of everything in the universe. It is the study of the Sun, moon, stars, planets, comets, dust, gas, galaxies, and other non-earthly bodies. The main focus of astronomy is the observation of earthly bodies.

Astronomy is one of the oldest natural science, history has it in a record that astronomy was recorded by methodical observation of the night sky. Professionally, astronomy is split into observational and theoretical branches.

Observational astronomy is focused on gathering data from the observations of astronomical objects. While theoretical astronomy is based on the development of analytical or computer models to describe an astronomical object. Astronomy is broken down into subfields which include, planetary astronomers, solar astronomers, stellar astronomers, galactic astronomers and so on.

Astronomy is the correct answer to this question. The field of astronomy was founded by Nicolaus Copernicus. There are a number of different subjects that make up astronomy, including physics, chemistry, and math. Astronomy is considered to be a natural science and it has been around for centuries.

Astronomy does not just study stars, but it also studies other areas of space, including moons, comets, and planets. Many people feel connected to astronomy because anyone can be apart of it. When you take images of the moon and the stars, experts are able to use those photos to gain more information about space.

The study of stars is called astronomy, which is a scientific concept. It studies celestial items and phenomena. Astronomy utilizes math, physics, and chemistry to explain their beginning times up to now.

The items studied in astronomy include planets, stars, moons, nebulae, galaxies, asteroids, and comets. The initial civilizations in recorded history made meticulous observations of the night sky. There are different kinds of astronomy you can study.

For example, observational astronomy concentrates on collecting information from the observations of astronomical objects. Theoretical astronomy is geared toward the development of computer or investigative models to describe astronomical objects. Theoretical astronomy attempts to clarify observational results, and observations are examined to confirm hypothetical results.

There are a lot of things that astronomers try to study. They would study the sun, moon, stars, the different heavenly bodies that can be found in the solar system, and so much more. There are a lot of non−earthly bodies that can be found and the phenomena can be very fascinating not only for astronomers but also for a lot of people. Take note that some astronomers are focused on certain objects.

For instance, observational astronomers will be more focused on studying stars and galaxies. This explains why there are a lot of details that have become available to people regarding the planets and the solar system.

The branch of science that studies stars is known as astronomy. Simply put, astronomy is the study of the physical universe beyond the Earth's atmosphere. In other words, it is the study of everything that exists beyond the Earth's atmosphere. This includes the study of all objects we can see such as the moon, the sun, the stars, the planets, and other celestial bodies.

Astronomy also deals with the study of the properties of matter in the universe (the part of the cosmos beyond the Earth's atmosphere). This is why we can be discussing things like dark energy and dark matter.

The study of astronomy allows scientists to have explanations for different patterns we see in the sky, usually at night. Today, we can easily say the distance between some objects in the sky because of the study of astronomy. However, Nicolaus Copernicus was the first person to discover this field.

The correct answer to this question is astronomy. This field of study was discovered by Nicolaus Copernicus. Astronomy combines a number of other subjects, including chemistry, math, and physics. There are many natural sciences that have been around for centuries, and astronomy is one of them.

The correct answer to this question is astronomy. This field of study was discovered by Nicolaus
Along with studying stars, astronomy studies planets, comets, and the moons. Astronomy is unique because it is one of the few types of sciences where those that are not trained in science play a part in it. From all over the world, people are able to take photos and videos from their angle to have studied by experts.

Astronomy involves the study of stars, sun, moon, comets, planets, gas, galaxies, gas, dust and other non- earthly bodies. Therefore, the study of stars is known as astronomy.

Scientists that studies these non earthly bodies are called astronomers.

These scientists are also responsible for the discovery of the planets, stars, asteroids and other extraterrestrial objects.

The term astronomy has its origin in a Greek word known as “astron” which means stars.
Over the years, astronomers have assembled star catalogues that identify the known stars and provide standardized stellar designations.
Hope you find this information useful.
