It refers to the ways through which mistakes can be prevented while the manufacturing of products. It also involves avoiding various problems that arise while delivering the services or solutions to customers.
Quality assurance is also termed as quality control at times, and it can be used interchangeably. In simpler words, it refers to the ways through which the quality of a product or a service can be ensured for the consumers to use in a safe manner.
