You receive an E-mail from some unknown person claiming to be representative of your bank and asking for your account number and password so that they can fix your account.
In this day and time we can never be too careful when opening an E-mail from a business or person that we do not know. Of course, it’s always a good idea to hover over the sender when in doubt to see exactly who is sending the E-mail. Stealing a person’s identity has become more and more common these days. This idea of sending E-mails in order to get a person’s personal information to use to purchase medicine, for instance, or steal from that person’s bank account is called “phishing.”
Both pharmacies and banks have their systems of security to protect the customer and the pharmacy and bank from abuse. People suffer from the process of recovering their bank funds and establishing their credit once again. One can never be too careful these days.
