In this hectic world of producing any type of writing using our computer, we just want to get it done. When writing a paper whether it is an essay, an article, a letter, or any form of writing using your computer, it is a good idea to make use of the “Print Preview” before actually printing. There are a couple of reasons that this is a good idea.
Catching those typing errors that are not always underlined in the software, we are able to catch it in the “Print Preview.” Also, in “Print Preview” we are able to catch a single line of a paragraph at the bottom of the page and correct that format issue. No one wants to waste time or paper in this busy, hectic life of ours.
