Anxiety is a nervous behavior that causes lack of attention due to turmoil that is occurring in the body and specifically in the mind. It can make people become less focused on something because they are completely focused on what is making them anxious. Usually, anxiety is brought on for fear of dying and being caused great bodily harm. Although, there is a great difference between anxiety and fear.

Some of the symptoms of someone suffering from anxiety can include fatigue, shortness of breath, perspiration, headaches, nausea, diarrhea and vertigo, but there are many other symptoms. Cognitive abilities is described as the intellectual activities that we do all the time like thinking. Anxiety can impair or cause problems with a person’s cognitive abilities.
