There are many computer programs that can be installed onto any computer. A piece of software must be stored safely. On the computer, people will store their data and pictures in a cloud. This is a type of software, but it needs to be stored safely.
One way is to use a cloud or applications system that requires the user to only be able to access it through a password known only to the user. However, during earlier times, people had to store their information on a floppy disk. This disk would be put into the computer when it was needed. It had to be kept away from magnetic objects or it could erase the files on the disk.
