What are the desirable qualities of a Product Vision?

This is the goal that you want to get, something that you are aiming for. This will make sure that you have a purpose even if there are some things in this world that are constantly changing.

There will be times when the Product Vision will not be too clear because there are other things that you have to think about but if you know the desirable qualities, then you will stay on the right track. A product vision should have the ability to showcase why a product is pursued and what the product’s end state is supposed to be.

Product vision is basically the ultimate goal that you are aiming for and is the primary reason why you created the product in the first place. If the product is able to achieve its product vision, it is deemed effective and fulfilling to its purpose. However, there is added complexity involved and the entire process is ever changing with added factors, modifications and continued external influence that ultimately molds the basic product vision of the product.

Basically, the product vision describes why the project is pursued and what the desired end state of the product to set defined goals for the business or company.
