Bandura is originally a behavioral model which is divided into 2 basic sections. One part focuses on the training aspect, the art of learning. Whereas the other part is based on the actual practice of the information that is learned. This allows you to incorporate and strengthen the knowledge. According to Bandura, says that for observational learning there are four key elements that you need.
These include, attention, retention, reproduction and motivation. After all, without attention you won’t be able to get the idea, without retention you won’t be able to memorize it. Reproducing content allows you to memorize it whereas motivation keeps you moving forwards.
