Which mission strengthens health care system?

The mission of primary health care (PHC) must be embodied in the hearts of health care providers, and it is also the key health system strategy for obtaining optimal health.

No one knows the patient like themselves, and no one interacts with all of a person's health care providers like the patient themselves, so therefore letting people manage their own health is key.

The other three statements are important, and people should strive to improve their own conditions for healthy habits and increase their opportunities to be healthy, but the key factor is letting them manage their own health.
