Between 1970 and 1980, many things happened with the wolf and moose population. In the beginning of the 1970s, the moose population was higher than the wolf population. Then, as the years progressed, the wolf population significantly increased, while the moose population decreased. The increase in the wolf population could be due to more offspring being produced.
This reproduction could have been caused by more wolves moving into the area. The decrease in the moose population could be due to weather and climate changes, making the area an unbearable place to live, causing the moose to migrate to another area.
