What do you think OSHA will strictly enforce Environmental requirements?

The OSHA made it a point to align the HCS with the GHS in order to make everything uniform and coherent for all those who may possibly be involved. This means that all of the hazards will be pinpointed and will be figured out. There will also be criteria that will be followed for the labeling of the different chemicals.

This is important because those that are not labeled properly may be hazardous to people. There will also be a harmonized safety data sheet for all the establishments that may need it. Doing this can make people become more familiar with the rules and regulations which means that they can also be followed more accurately.
