The energy of Motion. Matter, in which the energy of motion moves, is a substance consisting of various types of particles. These particles have inertia and occupy physical space. Each particle has mass and size. Protons, neutrons, and electrons are the most known examples of these particles.

The energy of motion is known as kinetic energy. Options in motion change direction, moving either up, forward, down, or backwards. The stored energy in this object is the kinetic energy, which allows the object to move from its stored state. All moving objects have this energy.
