There are actually three answers to this question. Only one of these foods does contain vitamin D, so the three that don’t are kale, caviar, and tofu. Vitamin D is actually something that is not organically in most foods. It has to be added into the foods for them to have it. Mushrooms organically have vitamin D in them.
However, this is not a bad thing. The way most people get enough vitamin D is by soaking it up from the sun. There is a process that most people go through that allows vitamin D to pass through the skin, and this is why people have different skin colors. People from places with lots of sun have darker skin so that there is less of a chance of harmful rays passing through their body. But it doesn’t stop vitamin D.
