Why do girls like pink color?

I am not sure that all girls like pink color. I think this stereotype came from the bohemian fashion of the first half of the 20th century.
In the 18th century, for example, pink color was very popular for both women and men. This dye was extremely rare and expensive, so it became a symbol of luxury.
Nowadays, it's just a matter of taste but not a rule.
