I really can't say a vegan diet is healthier than a meat diet because both have their health benefits. While many people are going for a vegan or meat diet because of moral reasons, it is simply a health choice for other people. However, some findings have shown that a vegan diet can give nutrients such as antioxidants, fiber, magnesium, potassium, vitamin E, A, and C. People believe a vegan diet can help them achieve weight loss. The reason is that when you go vegan, it reduces your level of calorie intake. However, this does not mean a vegan diet is healthier as there are also vital nutrients that come from meat, fish, and dairy. For instance, your body system would be lacking vitamin D, meaning you will be having problems keeping your muscles, bones, teeth healthy. And you might also be exposing yourself to different kinds of conditions such as cancer, migraine, stroke.
