Being mindful and being healthy are not the same thing but they would need to work together so that people will be able to do things properly. When a person is mindful, this means that the person is doing everything with full presence of mind. He is able to think about all of the things that he should do.
He will also remember the different things that he did throughout the day. Being healthy means that a person has a healthy physical body. He will be able to do all of the things that he would require his body to do because he is in his best health.
In real sense, being mindful and being healthy are two different things. Although being mindful will still help you to achieve healthy living, but they are two different things. Staying healthy has to do with your diet, exercise, things you do with and to your physical body. While being mindful refers to guarding your soul and mind. It means being aware of your thoughts, feelings, and emotions. It is more of mental health. Mindfulness is a form of meditation that has an important aspect of it. If you are mindful of what goes in and out of your mind, if you are aware of your feelings, thoughts, and emotions, you can easily teach yourself to live in the moment or in the now and keep enjoying your life as it unfolds before your very eyes. Mindfulness is good because it boosts the immune system; it also alleviates stress, and results in positive changes in the brain.
