Height is said to be determined by genetic factors, but you can still add to your height by undergoing some physical exercises. With this, you can add to your height even after the puberty stage. Some of the exercises you can do include:
1. Bar Hanging: This is done by hanging on a vertical bar, and thus helping you to overcome the effect of gravitational force on your height.
2. Pelvic Shift: This is done by lying on your back, placing your arms firmly on the floor, and bending your knees, drawing your legs very close to your body. After achieving this position, lift your back up and hold it for like 25 seconds.
