There are different ways that you can work out at home without any fitness equipment. This means that you can make use of your own body weight in order to start losing weight. You can do planks. Just increase the number of seconds that you have to stay in a plank position every day.

There are also some people who create makeshift weights so that they can start lifting at home. You can use some apps at home that will allow you to do different types of exercises that would not require the use of any other gym equipment at all.

Take note that there are different types of exercises that are available depending on the part of your body that you want to develop.

The feelings of not having access to the regular gym can be frustrating for some people. However, this is nothing as there are so many exercises that do not require any equipment. One of the most effective exercises that do not require any equipment is push up. This exercise allows you to build your chest, anterior deltoid, and triceps muscles. You might find this difficult at first, but with time, you will find it very easy. Another exercise that does not require any equipment is air swimming. Air swimming is an exercise that targets the backside of your body. In other words, It helps strengthens your postural muscles. You can also try the Superman punch. This also strengthens the backside of your body. Other exercises you can try include Bulgarian Split Squat, Single-Leg Tricep Dip, Breakdancer, Glute Bridge, etc. Also, you can walk around the corners of your house.
