People may workout at different times. It will depend on people and what time will be most ideal for them. For example, there are some people who work out in the morning because they would like to do this before they start with their day. The types of workouts that people may do will also vary.
Some people work out at night because they feel that they would need to remove the calories that they have consumed throughout the day.
Some are very specific and they would work out between 2 pm to 6 pm because they know that this is the time when the body’s temperature is at its peak. This is also the time when they would be able to burn more calories.
As far as I know, there is no best time to workout during the day. My argument is coming from the fact that exercising at any time of the day comes with its benefits. For instance, researches have shown that those who work out in the morning will have more endorphins to start their day. Getting this hormone by working out in the morning will create a feeling of accomplishment. This will also boost your ego, and you will not have to worry about working out at any later time in the day. Working out in the afternoon allows your body temperature to increase and also increases your body functions for greater performance. Also, when you work out in the evening, it allows you to have quality sleep. That said, I think it's up to everyone to decide what time of the day is best for them. However, most people like working out in the morning.
