There are different reasons why people may start to feel fatigued. For example, when you exert yourself physically to the point of exhaustion, it is very much expected that you will start to feel tired after some time. Another reason why you would start to feel fatigued is lack of sleep. Another thing that will happen is you may start to feel emotional stress.

Grief is another reason why people may start to feel tired is because of grief. Sometimes, feeling too much sadness can really take a toll on people. It will be enough to make people lose their energy. There are also different medications that you can take that will make you feel more tired than usual.

When a person is going through a health crisis, fatigue is one of the symptoms of it. Fatigue is when a person is feeling extremely tired and sluggish. They may not be able to perform everyday activities. The person will have a lack of energy, and it could also be when a person is drowsy off medications.

While several different health conditions can be the cause of fatigue, factors such as lifestyle choices can cause fatigue. For example, if a person eats all the time or smokes drugs, they could be fatigue. A person that excessively works out or does not sleep much could also be fatigue.

Fatigue can be triggered by many different situations, including but not limited to illness, lack of sleep, and blood disorders. One major cause of daytime sleepiness is sleep apnea, caused by your airway being blocked during sleep and breathing cessation. Other factors include obesity, stress, anemia, heart disease, end-stage renal failure, and cancer. Certain medications, such as antidepressants and anti-anxiety meds, can cause fatigue. Eating too many carbohydrates and sweets can cause your blood sugar to elevate and fall, causing fatigue. Infections, including influenza, mononucleosis, Lyme disease, and HIV/AIDS can cause extreme fatigue. Certain causes for fatigue can be reduced by eating a healthy balanced diet, moderate exercise, making sure that you take prescribed medications correctly, getting plenty of rest, and taking the clinician's good advice.

Fatigue is not a disease but a symptom of so many health conditions. This means fatigue has so many causes. It is a term people use when describing a feeling of extreme tiredness. It is important to note that fatigue doesn't describe the feeling you have when you are feeling sleepy or drowsy, although you might be feeling this way when you are fatigued. Fatigue is simply a feeling of lack of energy.

Although fatigue usually comes as one of the symptoms of different kinds of health conditions, it could also be a product of some lifestyle choices. If you are experiencing fatigue, one of the ways to confirm its cause is by checking your current lifestyle choices.

People like to engage in different kinds of activities that are energy-sapping, which means you might need to check any of these activities to figure out the root cause. Some health conditions, such as arthritis, chronic fatigue syndrome, anemia, and many others can also cause fatigue.
