How could the Goya boycott impact the world?

In July of 2020, a massive boycott of the Goya brand occurred in the United States. This Hispanic food brand was called to be boycotted by many celebrities and everyday users after Robert Unanue, the CEO of the brand, praised President Trump for this work and leadership. For some, this is just removing the food brand from the palate, but this boycott could have a greater effect on the world down the line. Anytime a company is boycotted, it affects the workers of that brand. Goya's website states that over 4000 people are employed with the company. With the boycott, that number can be greatly reduced to cover for the lost of sales.
